Dear Seung-hee !

Welcome to "la boîte verte" (meaning the green box). I decided to create a blog to show you my world, starting with my very own bedroom. But soon, it will be followed by many other pictures.
So here it is !


To begin with, I now present you my faithful companions, that is to say my teddies : from right to left Moïse, Christopher, Le Petit Ours Brun (the Little Brown Bear), and Watson.



And now is my private library ! So small for so many books, I have to put them on a double line on the shelfs. What a pity ! it is so hard to decide what book to put on the foreground, I like them all. In the end, I decided to keep the brighter covers in front.
The big red box is where I put my jewellery (and pills). There is a London phone box in the frame, and if you look veeeery closely, you'll find a little glass bottle with two cute characters inside !

And close to it, my cosiest arm chair, my reading place. With a kettle near at hand -what is a good book without a good cup of tea ? There are also some pictures I took in the favourite places where I've been, in black and white. Notice my room is under the roof, so my chair being in the low-end corner, it feels even more comfortable.
Yes, I like cocooning very much !


Did I tell you I have a fish tank ? Very uneasy to photograph (the little devils wouldn't stop moving of course, so I gave up portraying them). The darkest corner of the room too !
But look what's next to it. I'm lucky enough to have my own washbasin.
I agree there are strange colours and light, but hey, we're still in winter !

Now you see, I have a funny thing I cannot even put a name on. A metallic wire where I use to keep little things on with magnets - among which a certain cute postcard. It hangs on left hand side of my desk. If you look close, there is even a picture of me.
